- Our 2011-2012 Annual Appeal is well underway. LEAF’s Board
of Trustees is now working closely with Ledyard teachers,
administrators, students, parents and donors to identify where
your contributions will have the greatest impact. I hope you will
be inspired to make a tax-deductible gift to LEAF. Since gifts
from LEAF trustees cover all administrative expenses, 100% of
your donation will go directly towards our grant programs.

What We Did In 2008-2009
- This year, LEAF has introduced a new type of grant. This grant is aptly named “The Growing Grant” as it serves as an intermediary between the teacher mini-grants and the district capital grant. The Growing Grant is designed to serve as a prototype for future capital grants by LEAF or investment by the Board of Education. It can also serve to fund a grade level or departmental project that reaches across the district.
